Pilates-inspired workouts are low-impact strengthening and toning exercises performed while standing, on all fours, sitting, or lying down. We will work all muscle groups with special focus on the abdominals. These muscles are essential for maintaining good posture, protecting organs, and preventing back and neck problems. The exercises are adapted for all levels and are performed at your own pace following the rhythm of your breathing.
How does it work:
Classes are in English or French. You will get four new videos per month ranging from 20 minutes to an hour. Minimal equipment is required.
You will need to:
-A mat or soft surface
-A quiet space with enough room to lie down and move your arms and legs
-Comfortable clothes (socks or bare feet)
-Positive vibrations and an open mind
